Some users are not getting all the email notification

    I'm registering folks for Zoom classes and they can register for more than one on a form. I have it set up with multiple conditions whereby the user get various zoom links depending on the class chosen.

    If the user chooses more than one class, they are to receive multiple responses. Problem is sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't.

    most recently, a user signed up for June Zoomdoodle and July Zoomdoodle and only received the June response.

    Secondly, I would like to send the same email if they register as a member or as a non-member (mini watercolors for example). Is there a way to do that?

    Hi there!

    I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

    Just to confirm, your respondents should receive links equivalent to the number of classes they've chosen, correct? This will help us understand how we'd make your form's configuration as simple as possible but still meets your requirements.

    As for your other inquiry, I've responded to this new support ticket to keep things organized.

    Yes. They get different links (Zoom invites actually) for each of the classes. They may also get slightly different information (for example the supplies they would need) in the individual emails. So I have different email responses set up for each of the classes with the specifics needed. If they sign up for 2 (or more) classes, I want them to get 2 (or more reponses).

    Hello @Miltonarts,

    Our apologies for the confusion. Please note that my colleague was simply asking for your permission to send a test submission on your form to see if we can replicate the issue that you are mentioning.

    Anyway, I have gone ahead and made a test submission on your form and I selected the following three classes:

    • Open Studio for June 2021, 10-12 every Friday... virtual or in place, $10 for the month
    • Zoomdoodle, June Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30 - 4:30, $15 for all
    • Zoomdoodle, July, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30 - 4:30, $15 for all

    After my submission, I actually did receive an individual email for each of these classes that I selected. However, only the Zoomdoodle emails had Zoom links in them.

    It looks good. I, too, can’t get it to fail, but I’ve had way too many people register who have only received one email. It’s an intermittent problem that I can’t figure out why it’s not working when it doesn’t

    When this happens again, please let us know as soon as possible so we can further check. You just have to provide us the submission ID. Where to find my submission ID?
