Form fields in the subject line

Asked by jguyer on January 09, 2014 at 12:15 PM

Is there a way to put form fields into the subject line of the notification emails?

Example:  I have a form for sample requests, if i get one from Oregon State, could the email say: Oregon State - Sample Request ?

Yes you can add the form field in the email subject location. While creating an email notification, after setting the recipient details place your cursor in the subject line. At the right side of this page you will find list of form fields. From that you can select any field or more than one field to the subject line.
