Form changes when I download the form to PDF

    I have cloned your form to check. There is only one auto-responder and without any notification email.

    In additional, PDF is currently not set to be attached to the auto-responding email.

    There isn't any PDF link provided in the email body either:

    The text contents in the last two screenshots that you shared seem identical.

    With the current setting, I cannot see how PDF can be received by you or the sender.

    Could you further elaborate on the exact difference between these two screenshots please?
