Questions showing up out of order in tables

The first 3 questions in my form are showing up as columns K, L, M in the form's table. This is super problematic because if you add questions to a form after you've completed it, they'll be out of order.

If you add a new field to the form, it will be added at the end of the form.

You can change the order of the fields on the Tables page or create a new tab on the Tables page.
