Webhook: What parameter object type

Hi,

I have created a simple form with inputs such as date, first name, last name, and signature. I am trying to push the submissions via Webhook to my public-facing API. I was wondering what sort of parameter object type I should expect from the post request.

I am attaching the sample response that I collected from responsebin.

This is the targetted endpoint.

I am testing this in an MVC controller written in C#.
