I am trying to register for a monthly subscription using a company credit card and I keep getting an error. I know that the credit card is ok so I thought it might be on your side? Could you please let me know?
Alternatively, could I register over the phone?

Is your account "q4websystems"? Did you log in first to your Jotform account before you proceed with the subscription? Please make sure to login with your account first then head to the pricing page.
The error is sometimes related to BlueSnap (formerly Plimus), our payment gateway when they're having network issue on their end. The rest is related on your card. We cannot say exactly what causes your card to be declined, the fact that all banks provides generic answers. Anyway, please do try it again this time if everything is now working. If not, please let us know your Jotform username so we can provide you an alternative upgrade URL for economy plan.
