How to pass the selected product name from Product List to another field in the form?

I want to pass the selected item details (product name) from the {chooseAny} field to {productName} field.

The field with the unique name "chooseAny" is a payment field as shown below.

And the field with the unique name "productName" is a short text entry as shown below.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to copy the selected product name to another field. However, you can copy the price of the selected product, not the name.

You can see that the product page in the form is on PAGE 3. But any other way which I can show the product details selection on the last page before submitting the form? So that the customer will get a confirmation on the product selection.
