So I created a new form and tested it.
Every time I activate the PDF Attachment option, it reverts back to the default which is disabled and my test registration doesn't include PDF attachments.

We need urgent fix for this. People are complaining to us that they are not getting the PDF ATTACHMENTS IN THE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS.

We're sorry for the inconvenience.
I have cloned and tested your form and was able to replicate the issue.
I have deleted the previous notification emails and autoresponder.
Could you please try to create a new notification, and let us know if the problem is present here as well?
