How to know the widget name/details used in other form

I am trying to build my own form and I want to use calendar appointment widget from template Zoom Appointment Form and Covid Appointment Form.I have tried all the widgets with such name "Appointment" but not able to figure out which widget is it and where to find it under what name.It will be great if you can tell me how to know the name or details of widget used in form and how to find that widget in the list.
