Company Access Only form restrictions doesn't work when domain case doesnt match

    I set my company domain in all lower case for the company only access settings. I have an employee who signed up for an account with the correct domain, but capitalized some letters in the domain. This resulted in him not being able to access the form without my manual approval. I approved his request for access, but thought that y'all should change the company domain to not be case sensitive.

    Could you please let us know the form link so that we could take a look at it?

    Also, what is the email address of the user who is unable to access the form?

    I had to add him manually, even though his email domain matches the domain I put in the company access settings, with the only exception being the capital "M" "I" and "G"

    Are you sure the user signed up with this email?

    Yes, I watched him log in with that email, and here he is in the "assign form" list:

    I am unable to replicate any issue on my end. I have just signed up with a different email that has some uppercase letters. I then assigned the form with the email in small letters.

    I am able to access the forms by logging into the account with all the same casing and with different casing too.

    Does this issue persist with all the users or with this specific user?

    To further investigate this, wewill need the user to sign up for a JotForm account using his/her email address. Once done, please let us know and we will try to reproduce the issue at our end.
