Changing email forms are being sent to.

    I follow the instructions on changing the email the form is sent to and it will never come to my operations guys email. 1st I started using a group email which is best. I found out that sometimes on the group email the 1st recipient on the email was the only one receiving it so i switched it to put my email first and the used the (comma, space) and put his email. Still nothing. After this I decided to use only his email. Still nothing. He to this day cannot receive an email from JotForm. I spoke with My IT guy and this isn't an issue internally. Can someone call me and go through some options with me on what to do? Please let me know.
