Is there a way to restrict file upload to a specific name?

It doesn't look like your full question came through but it sounds like you're looking to restrict file upload to a specific name. While you can't restrict a file upload based on its name, you can restrict an uploaded file based on what kind of file it is.

If you click into the File Upload properties (Gear Icon) , then click the Options tab, you'll see a section labeled File Types.
