My form is being disabled because I didn't realize it would default to SSL submissions

I used up my 10 monthly SSL submissions testing the form, never realizing that SSL was the default, and had the lower limit.  (Your large splash page advertising the deal on plan upgrades makes no mention of this lower limit.)

I do see now that the SSL limit does appear as a separate line item in my account info, but frankly I had no reason to look there once I knew that I had 100 submissions available per month.

I just wanted to create a quick and cute form to collect party rsvp's, and the put your service through it's paces, compared to the competition.

Can I get this form re-enabled?  Or, do I need to abandon your service and seek out anothre?

    Best Regards,

    Ian Silver

    Hi Ian,

I have now reset your SSL secured submission and re-activate your account. It should be working fine now.

To avoid this from happening again, please make sure to use non-secured form caused we can only reset SSL secured submission once.

If you need our assistance again, please feel free to contact us at anytime.
