    So, if the client says in the form, they have 3 dogs, then it will show 3 of the same information for them to complete

    Example...

    I have 2 dogs

    Then it shows entry fields for

    Dog Name

    Dog Breed

    Age

    etc

    How can i achieve this? Please help, i need to make my forms more intuitive!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us. You can use the conditional rule to achieve this. Please this sample http://form.jotform.co/form/40093652494861. The sample condition will look something like this:

    Let us know if have other questions.

    Thanks,

    Hello cheekychappie2k2:

    1 - Go to form tools and add a dropdown area. Put the pre-defined numbers of dogs (1,2,3,...)

    2 - Next go to form tools and add 3 text box each named Dog Name, Dog Breed and Age. These text boxes are to be shown if the user select the 1 dog option.

    3 - Next go to form tools and add 3 text box each named 1st Dog Name, 1 st Dog Breed and  1st Dog Age and 3 text box each named 2nd Dog Name, 2nd Dog Breed and  2nd Dog Age. These text boxes are to be shown if the user select the 2 dogs option.

    4 - Then go to conditions and add one condition : If "How many dogs" field "Is equal to" "1" Then "Show" "Dog Name" field; Then "Show" "Dog Breed" field; Then "Show" "Age" field;

    5 - Save that condition

    6 - 4 - Then go to conditions and add second condition : If "How many dogs" field "Is equal to" "2" Then "Show" " 1 st Dog Name" field; Then "Show" "1 st Dog Breed" field; Then "Show" "1st Dog Age" field; Then "Show" "  2 nd Dog Name" field; Then "Show" "2nd Dog Breed" field; Then "Show" "2nd Dog Age" field;

    5 - Save the condition

    6 - Repeat the process for as many dogs you wish.

    Good luck on your project!
