I have a problem with the submission regarding my satisfaction survey. Everything was normal until the end of december but now I cannot see the complete submission... I see that they are complete in the email I received but when I want to extract the xls file, only 2/3 answers appear, but I know that the customer completed it entirely (as I see it in the email I received...).
Is there a way to recover these information that are surely still saved ?
I need the complete xls file to analyze the feedbacks regarding this satisfaction survey...

Unfortunately, when you delete questions you lose the data on those questions. We are currently working on a Revision History feature which will make it possible to see previous versions of your form and then restore back a form to its older form. That would have saved your deleted questions if we had that feature when you deleted those questions, unfortunately, it is not possible currently.

Hi I am Chloe, the same user. First, thank you for your answer but I did not delete the questions... The strange thing is that 2 of the form (dated of 17 december) are complete...
Moreover I think that data are saved because as I was waiting for your answer a new answer appear on other forms, but it was not in the right box. Example : answer of question 25 appeared in question 3...

Simply adding empty textarea fields to your form can bring those deleted questions back. Because when you delete a question we do not delete the data. We only delete the field. So, if there is a data for that question ID you will see those questions on the new question.
