Dear support,
When I click SUBMIT on my form, it hangs and never moves to success.

I turned off invisible captcha and it seems to work

In order to double check, you can clear cache, cookies and recent history in your browsers and then test again.

saintfrancislittleitalyReplied on June 16, 2021 at 5:50 PMThis also happened to us. One user on a mobile device in our testing. Had to restart his phone. This is unacceptable. JotForm solution is to manually clear the form’s cache. I think code to clear the user’s cache automatically can be added to the forms. My issue was escalated. Maybe it can help others.
