Form hangs at submit

    Dear support,

    When I click SUBMIT on my form, it hangs and never moves to success.

    I turned off invisible captcha and it seems to work

    These issue needs to be fixed. This is occurring with multiple clients who are served by Jotform.

    Hi @Jason,

    In order to double check, you can clear cache, cookies and recent history in your browsers and then test again.

    This also happened to us. One user on a mobile device in our testing. Had to restart his phone. This is unacceptable. JotForm solution is to manually clear the form’s cache. I think code to clear the user’s cache automatically can be added to the forms. My issue was escalated. Maybe it can help others.
