I tried to reply to the original post but I've been in "please wait" mode forever.
Your response did not help me. I need to understand HOW you keep the data secure through the mail server. How can you keep it encrypted on MY email end? Don't both parties need encryption keys? I need to understand how it is secured the whole way through. I really would prefer to talk to someone than back and forth on a forum...

Hello. Thank you for contacting us. Our email notifications are not encrypted. They are sent the normal way. However, you can configure your forms to send via SMTP using your own email server and you have the ability to choose a secure connects like TLS.
Please refer to this guide How to Setup SMTP for a Form in order to learn how to set it up. Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you
