Billing - Cancelled my subscription, so need my account back to free

    We need an invoice for our December bill and i can't figure out where that would be. Also in December i downgraded us to the free account, but when i signed in just now it says we are still on the $9.95 per month plan. the is not the plan we want and should not be getting charged for January as i downgraded us in December. Please advise. thanks you.

    You will not be billed; cancellation was confirmed on 12/24/13 and the subscription was consequently cancelled.
