Dear
I'm trying to upgrade our account to the silver version ASAP.
We had some trouble doing so with our creditcard, but these issues are now fixed.
Can this be resetted in a way so we can still upgrade our account to the silver version.

Can you please make sure that you are using the correct credit card details. Please make sure the security code, expiry date, card number, and the name on the card are correct.
