How to send reminder emails prior to the appointment date?

    You will need to click on the minus sign "-" to change it from a text(brown background) to an operator(black background). From what I could see, you want to send reminders email before the appointment date, right? If that is true, we would like to recommend you use the Send Reminder Email option under the Advanced tab of your appointment fields. This way, you wouldn't need to create a reminder appointment field and conditional logic.
