Multiple users viewing same Submissions

Hi. I would like to know how long is the approval process to add a person to my approved list for viewing Submissions from multiple people, all at the same time, pretty much the same capabilities as I have on my own account.

Ex.

(5) people on a jobsite submitting their own submissions. The (10) people that review the work all need to view those submissions and collaborate with each other.

Now...is there a limit of people I can approve for reviewers of submitted work? Maximum? Any fees for this?

There is no limit to how many people you can assign your form to and there is also no limit to the number of people you can share the submission data of your form as well.
