How can I change the way form recipients view images?Asked by cheetahclean on January 10, 2014 at 02:54 PM
I'm trying to edit the settings of a form. The business owner would like to be able to view the image in a seperate window rather than downloading the image when he sees the submitted form via email. Is it possible to do this?
Yes, that is possible. You just need to change a small settings to your File Upload field.
Click on the File Upload > Click "Settings" > Click "Show Properties" > Set "NO" for Download Images settings:
By setting this, next time you get an image, a new tab will open for you to view the images rather than getting a download prompt
Note: Allowed formats to be viewed on the browser are jpg, gif, and png files.
