    How to download Excel list from submissions

    i'm still waiting for a response to my inquiry about how to download our excel list from the submissions that have been entered. as i've said in previous emails, there are more than 700 submissions but i can't get to any of them. and, in order to respond to our customers in a timely manner, i need that data pronto. you've told me you're working on it but i've been given no time frame. can you please help me? i don't want to have to hand enter data from 700 submissions.

    You must be referring to this form http://www.jotform.com/23414616943151 as this was you only form on your account.

     BUT as I found out, this form does not have any input field on it... and the submissions are also empty. 

    Can you please check also on your form's submissions page? 

    I cannot find any submssion data to download for your form.

    We will wait for your update.
