Banking Information: Can I collect banking information using Jotform?

I would like to set up a payment agreement form to collect banking info for recurring payment. I do not want to process any payments though, but will be process it on my own payment gateway later. I know that banking info is sensitive, and was wondering if higher level plan offers security protection to allow this?

I see a partner of me collecting all banking info in their form, screenshot is attached, please assist me with having the feature on.

I consulted this with my team, and they confirmed that it is allowed to collect banking information for all users. You do not need to subscribe to higher plans to do this.
