How to add multiple people?

How can I have a question asking how many people to add and then the following information will show. The repeatability of the same questions will be dependent on the answer of the first question. If I put in 5, 5 of the same question will be repeated.

Example:

How many sales reps will be present at the event?

First Name: John
Last Name: Doe
Email: john@doe.com

First Name: Sue
Last Name: Doe
Email: sue@doe.com

First Name: Frank
Last Name: Doe
Email: frank@doe.com

1- Add the total number of fields you would need to show based on the user's answer.

2- Create show/hide conditions to show multiple fields based on the value entered by the user.
