I cannot view an inbox shared with me.

    I have a shared inbox which I access everyday. Today jotform asked me to change my password to access HIPAA compliant inbox. I tried changing the Passwords multiple times but I can't do it. Nothing happens when I click submit new passwords. The process doesn't move forward.

    Please help me around this.


    In this screenshot, nothing happens if I click "Create new Password".

    I just tried sharing a the Inbox of a HIPAA compliant form and was able to access it after changing my test account's password.

    The issue you are facing seems to be cache related, as such, I have now cleared yours and the form owner account's form cache.

    Kindly completely clear your browser cache as well.

    I cleared that and I used a different device also. Still the same issue. I used both normal mode and guest mode in the second device. It still stays the same.


    1st device: Windows 10 laptop

    2nd device: Android phone

    Unfortunately, since this is a HIPAA form, we are unable to check it further.

    Kindly ask the form owner to remove you from the Inbox Share list and share the Inbox page again with you.

    Please delete also the previous email you received with regards to the form being shared to ensure that you're accessing the new one as it will no longer be valid.
