Hi Team,
I have a clone of our main form and need to do the following:
- Only show certain fields when the status = Logged.
- The status of Logged is set post submission because it is an afterthought; however when i set this in this example https://eu.jotform.com/tables/211636860663358 (only entry) you can see the item has the value set; however if you go in and edit the entry the status is missing. Any ideas?
- Also - assuming that the link for the user is https://eu.jotform.com/edit/[submission ID]?
Many thanks,
Lee

Hello Lee,
I checked your form and it looks like the "Status" field is hidden on the form. That's why it is not visible when you view the form.
And yes, the link for the user will be https://eu.jotform.com/edit/[submission ID].
Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

Howdy qcec,
I apologize for any inconvenience, but when I click on the link that you have provided, and navigate to the final card, I can see that the status is set to Logged.
I have also created a clone of your form and upon changing a submission to Logged, I am able to view it as expected.
Please try clearing your browser cache and confirm whether or not you're still unable to see the Status field correctly.
Thank you for your patience and assistance!
