Custom thank you page message not editable

Hi, I can barely edit the custom thank you page message on my new form.

I have a condition set up to redirect certain answers to a custom thank you page on both forms, however I can barely edit the message on my new form.

On a previous form I've created I can, but this new one has extremely limited functionality and looks broken. The forms are similar.

Form 1: Learn to build a 6-figure store on shopify (can fully edit custom thank you message)
Form 2: Quiz (cannot edit anything except image icon, header text, subheader text, with extremely limited functionality)

Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! The reason for the difference in functionality you are seeing is that the two forms you are cross-referencing are using two different layouts. Full customization of the Thank You page is only supported for forms that use our Classic Layout, while the form you are having problems with is using our Card Layout. You can change the layout of your forms using the process found on the User Guide below- https://www.jotform.com/help/493-how-to-change-the-form-layout
