Zoho integration is somewhat strict when it comes to mapping the fields. Do note that you may need to create custom fields first so that your information can be mapped out and recognized on your zoho crm account. Kindly make sure this is done.

Yes, that's right. Both field types should matched the same from Jotform and to your Zoho form. Please consider correcting that and inform us here if you still have problems with Zoho Integration. As long as the field type matches, it should work fine.
