I have integrated Jotform and Zoho. It said the integration was successful, but when I filled out a test survey, it didn't create a Zoho contact.

Zoho integration is somewhat strict when it comes to mapping the fields. Do note that you may need to create custom fields first so that your information can be mapped out and recognized on your zoho crm account. Kindly make sure this is done.

Below are some articles that may help you further. Thank you.

The custom fields were all created correctly when I mapped them. I am not
sure why it is not working. Does the custom field need to be the same data
type in Zoho? For example, if it is a radio field question in jotform,
should the field be a radio field in zoho?

    Hi Sheena,

Yes, that's right. Both field types should matched the same from Jotform and to your Zoho form. Please consider correcting that and inform us here if you still have problems with Zoho Integration. As long as the field type matches, it should work fine.
