How to get submit to work?

    We are launching a new form for a pilot program. I tried to test it on my personal phone to see if it would work when I clicked submit. I filled out the form and clicked submit and it stayed in the "Please Wait" queue for 10 minutes before my phone went black. This same issue occurred when I tried this on my computer last week. Is there a setting we need to update on the form?

    This is an urgent need as we are trying to launch today.

    I've performed some tests with all the forms in your account, but was unable to replicate the issue, here is a screenshot about one of my tests:


    You can find the testing submissions on your end, may you provide the link where you replicated the error?
