I’m unable to share my forms without my customer needing to create an account to see the form which they won’t do

If you assign your form via Assign Form, your customers will need a JotForm account to fill out assigned forms. If they don't have a JotForm account, they will be asked to create one after they click on the link you share with them. If you want to your customers access your form without log in JotForm, you can share your form via the Quick Share option.

In the Form Builder menu, go to the Publish tab and choose Quick Share. You can see your form's URL in the Quick Share menu. You can share this URL with your customers.
