Como posso identificar qual a origem (e-mail) da resposta que recebemos do formulário?

To explain better, let me put our practical use case:

We send contract forms to sales agents who fill in the contract form with the customer's details and send it back to us.

• How can I get to know that the received form comes from the form I sent to that agent?
• How will we get to know the agent who submitted the form?

You can configure the notification emails to get notifications with the agent details who submitted the form.

The notification email will contain the form title so you can identify from which form the notification you are receiving.

You can install the mobile app to receive mobile notifications.
