    Zoho Integration

Asked by dabeka on January 11, 2014 at 09:32 PM

    Hi,

I have setup a form to send submissions to Zoho as Leads.  I created the same fields needed in Zoho and then mapped them during the integration process, but I do not see the form submissions in Zoho. Can you tell me how to correct this?

Also, not all the fields that I mapped are staying mapped.  Meaning, when I checked back on the integration connection, I noticed several fields I set-up to map were gone.  I tried re-mapping them, but they do not stay connected. Is there a limit to the number of fields you can have?  Thanks.

    zoho Submissions thanks same

    Hi,

Once the integration has been done, and the connection between fields has been setup, it should be saved forever on the integration settings. I've made a test with my form and it works just fine. Can you please name the form in question so we can check it on your account? We'll see if we can reproduced the problem on your form.

    Thanks!

Sure, it's called "Website QUOTE FORM". I checked Zoho just now and none of the exisiting Zoho records updated or created new leads.

How about the properties of your Zoho Fields? Can you confirm if they have the same properties per your form settings? If checkbox, should be a checkbox from Zoho. How about the TextBox Entry Length? I would suggest checking every properties of your Zoho Fields and make sure that limits are exactly the same as your Jotform form fields. After that, kindly retry the integration and see if it fixes the issue. If not, update us here.

    Thanks

Okay, I made the fields match.  Here's what happened:

I had to go and do a test submission to the form.  That submission did go into Zoho, however there were 7 fields missing information.

When I looked back at the Zoho integration app those 7 fields somehow are not staying mapped.  They keep unmapping for some reason and eachtime I go in and re-map them, they still will not stay mapped.

I also noticed that the integration is not pulling existing submissions into Zoho.
