My current plan is called the 'Starter Plan'

Your website states that the starter plan includes:

    100 Submissions

    100 MG Available Space

    1 Sub-User Account

    Unlimited Forms, Reports, Fields

And that the cost is free.

However I have received an email today stating:

We would like to inform you that your JotForm account has almost reached 10 payments per month this month. Free accounts are limited to 10 payments per month. Your forms will be automatically disabled once you reach your allocated quota.

Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm without any interruption; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    Thanks for using JotForm,

    JotForm Team

Your pricing says nothing about a limit of 10 payments per month. Is this misleading advertising? Please help me to understand this.

    Thank you, Jan J

100 Regular submissions limit per month is different with 10 Payment submissions limit per month. Since you are using a form with payment tool, your submissions will be counted as Payment submissions and not the regular one. For free users, payment submissions limit is 10 per month. As of this writing, you already have 9 out of 10 Payment submissions, this is the reason why you received a reminder email indicating about the upgrade to avoid interruption of the service.

Here is your current submissions status:
