Hello we use authorize.net for our payments through Jot forms. I am receiving the jot forms as people apply but the funds do not seem to be going through. I called athorized.net and they said it is not an issue on there end and that I needed to contact you guys on your end. Could you please assist me in getting this resolved as we have a lot of applicants and no payments showing.

    Thank you

    Hello Deanna,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support. We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

I have reviewed the form on your account titled 2021 SUMMER SPORTS CAMP APPLICATION and it seems that the Authorize.net integration is set up correctly. However, when I tested the form, it seems that there is an issue with the calculations for the Grand Total. I selected many "camps" and in the end, my total due was set to 0.

If your users are also receiving this 0 Grand Total, then there will be no payment to make.

I do suggest that you look through your calculations widget and ensure that you are adding all of the necessary fields to the calculation. Also, make sure that the syntax of the calculations is correct.

Can you kindly run a quick test on your forms as well to see if you are also seeing this same issue?

    Hello,

I went on there and I updated the grand totals but the form is still not collecting the payment. I called authorize.net and they said there is no issue on there end. Could you please take a look once more to see if there is possibly something else that needs correction so we can receive payments.

    Thank you

    Hello Deanna,

As I mentioned in my last response, the issue is not with the Authorize.net integration. You have set this part up correctly.

The issue here was that there were several errors in your calculation widget. After looking through the calculations I noticed you had some syntax errors. On a few of the calculations, you were placing addition symbols twice in a row without any number values in between, and that caused the calculation to fail. Therefore, the calculation was left blank, which then leads to the payment being left at 0 which then leads to no payment. I hope this makes sense.

Here is a screenshot of the errors I found:

I have gone ahead and fixed these errors for you on the calculation widget. I found 3 total errors like this one in the widget.

Can you please test your form once again and let us know if the issue still occurs?
