Not printing an element

    In the form "Phone Screening," when a person says "yes" to having a legal guardian...when they fill in the first legal guardian's name and phone number...the phone number is not printing even though it shows up when they fill it out. If there is another legal guardian after this, the other legal guardian's name and number gets printed if filled out. See below

    Even if there is only one legal guardian, the first legal guardian phone number still does not get printed even though they fill it out.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! Can you please provide us with some additional details as to what method you are using to print your submissions? If you are printing your Submissions from our PDF Editor, can you please try creating a new PDF Template, and let us know whether the issue persists on the new PDF as well?

    Hi!

    I have it set to where a downloadable pdf is attached to the email after submission. But, I'm not using PDF editor to edit the form.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for the quick response! Please try creating a new PDF through our PDF Editor using the process found on the User Guide I included in my previous response. Please give the new PDF a memorable name, as we will need it later.

    Once your new PDF Template has been created and customized to your liking, please proceed to the setting for the email notification that is currently sending these PDF, and proceed to the Advanced Options. Here you should see the toggle for the PDF Attachment, and just below it, will be able to select which PDF Template you would like attached to your emails.

    From here, you can just change the attachment from Default Document, to the new PDF you created, and then click "Save" at the bottom of the settings screen.
