There are some fields on the form which I need to display but are not pulling through in the original email notification.

Please can you advise on how to show fields in the email notification?

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

I reviewed your account and I can see that you have three active forms, and I am not aware of which one is causing the issue.

Can you kindly let us know which of these you are having the issue with? That way we check the email template on the specific form. Also, please share which of the fields is not pulling through.

In the meantime, please note that as is explained in the user guide, you can use the "form fields" drop-down in the email template to select which field you want to show in the email. Also, do note that if an answer is left blank, it will not populate the email.
