    How to set the reply to the sender ( the one who fill-in the form)

    When I received the form in my email. I want it that when I click the reply button on my email, it will set the reply to the senders email add? Can you teach me how?

    It appears that your notification is currently configured to do that:


    Have you tried submitting the form with a phoney email address in the form's Email Address field and testing what happens when you click Reply button in message received?

    I test the form and when I clicked the reply button it replies to my email address and not to the one who filled in the form. theiir name shows to be the sender which is correct but when i clicked the reply button the "To:" part shows my email address.

    The Sender Email and the Recipient Email shouldn't be the same. I would suggest using another email address as your recipient or your sender email to fix that issue.

    But we should only use the same email.

    @projectmombook 

    As long as you have the email field on the "Reply-to Email", when you hit reply on your email inbox, reply to email will be populated with the email address from "Reply-to Email". If this doesn't happen, recreate your email notification. Delete existing notification and create a new notification. Make a test submission with your form afterwards and check if the "Reply-to Email" works.

    Another alternative solution is to enable "From E-mail" so when you hit reply on your email, submitter's email address will be populated on the reply to email field. Check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/240-Set-Email-Field-as-the-Notification-Sender-Email-Address-with-Mandrill
