    Hello,

I am using the free version and want to upgrade to a paid version of JotForm.

Am I able to change the Username and Email address to someone else's without losing the forms I already created?

Also, I want the data notifications to be emailed to two people. Can I do that?

Sorry for so many questions, I am brand new to JotForm... but love it!

    Thank you,

    Susan

    Hello!

Don't worry about asking many questions - we're here to answer them!

I will have to split your second question into a separate thread however, as it is unrelated to your first question - I will answer it in the separated thread.

You can change both your username and account email address in the account settings:

You will not lose any forms or their associated data in the process, however, if your forms have custom URLs that use your old username, they will become invalid and have to be updated:

If you're planning to upgrade soon, I suggest making the change before upgrading, as changing your username can get a bit complicated and even impossible for a certain time period on a paid account, depending on the payment method used for subscribing.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

    Thank you!
