Appointment field: Go Back link/button on Incomplete Values page is not working

    I note that in March 2021 someone flagged that the 'go back' link is not working when the Incomplete Values window comes up. It is still not working, and I'm wondering if there is an update on when this should be fixed? Currently it means people have to completely re-submit their form to work around it.

    Hi Kate,

    If I understood correctly you are referring to the back button in the browser? Once the form is submitted it is sent to the form owner as a form submission. If you press the back button in the browser then you'll be submitting the form with the same details for the second time.

    Hi Vick,

    Thank you for the reply, and apologies for not being clear. It's not the 'back' button in the browser that I'm asking about, it's the "Go back" live link that appears in the window saying "Please go back and fix the problem". The phrase "go back" is supposed to be a live link, but clicking on that does not actually take you anywhere, so there is no opportunity for the person submitting the form to fix the problem.

    The response at the time indicated that it was an error and it was being forwarded to the developers to be fixed, but it doesn't seen to have been fixed as yet?

    Unfortunately, that issue is still not resolved. I will report it to our developers on this thread as well. If there is any update, we will inform you here.
