I created a form, and my conditions aren't showing up correctly.

I created a form, so that when you click on an option in a drop down box two piees of information are displayed (one is text and one is video). The text shows up, but not the video.

Hi,

I cannot see the video to the form. Can you please add it again and tell us when do that block would appear? Is there a combination of logic?
