Take Photo Widget on Smart PhonesAsked by Oblio on January 12, 2014 at 11:04 PM
I have set the widget width to 320px and everything seems to work OK, but when the image is saved, it is added to the form as a tiny thumbnail (not like in the demo on the widget page). I have 2 questions:
1. Can the image be full screen width?
2. Is there any way to compress the image before submitting it?
Thank you for your feedback about this widget.
Unfortunately, both are not possible with the current version of the take photo widget. Please do submit your request on this widget by clicking the 'Support' button found below the widget page here http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/take_photo. You should then received support from the developers about your request.
We also have an alterative way of capturing pictures straight from your form, check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/218-How-to-Take-Pictures-on-your-Forms?
