I have several forms under the DierenkliniekErmelo user account. All of a sudden, since a few weeks, people can fill out the forms but then, after sending, they get the message the are not allowed to resend the form. I don't understand why, because I have no limit on sending the forms. It is for clients subscribing new patients (pets), so the have to be able to subscribe more than one.
Please, your help is needed urgently. Check my forms please and make sure people can subscribe several times on all forms, since this is costing us clients now.
Also, I can make most fields in my own language, Dutch. Also the send button I can define the text. But I can not do so with the Clear Form button. Please, is it possible to make this text say "Formulier wissen"?

Yes I can see limits on your form. There is a unique question limit set for "Chipnummer", you have to set it to "No Check" if you don't want any limits. Here's how:
Setup & Embed > Preferences > Form Limits > Unique Question set it to "No Check".
