Getting 'undefined' message with the Spreadsheet to Form widget

Hi,

The form that problem occurred twice with 10 minutes.

This "undefined" 'sheet-to-form widget' message is appearing much more frequently lately. It is not exclusive to this form though, it can occur on any one of my forms using this widget.

Yesterday I was working with two of these widgets and it happened many times, today twice with in 10 min. or less, image below is the case in point.

As the image shows it will happen with a valid input or not. You can then hit the verify button again and it will for the most part, respond correctly.

1. Can you explain the "undefined" message, what has happened?
2. Can the text for this message be changed.

I use this widget in a lot of forms, so, I hope this will not become a problem for the form users. I ask about changing the text because it is a response that is confusing to a user.

Our apologies for this, Robert. I tried this on different browsers from different locations, and I'm not getting the error so far. This is an error in the widget, particularly if its resources, such as the scripts, are not loaded in the form.

I have cleared your form caches. Hopefully, that helps. Re-saving the widget might also help, so I would suggest doing that.

Thanks foe check and clearing. I update these widgets at least 2 times a week as the data changes that frequently.

I will report back if it continues to be a frequent occurrence.
