    Hello! I believe that you're referring to the file uploads of your Promo Shoot Questionnaire form.

    There is no file size limitation from our end.

    I see two upload fields on this form. Please note that file size limit can be applied on an upload field by the form owner (i.e. you). For your upload fields, I noticed that the maximum allowed file size has been set to 2048MB. You can increase it or simply turn off this limit (as shown in the screencast below).

    Apart from this, I'll also recommend you to enable JS upload feature for these upload fields (by enabling multipole upload); this improves upload rate as this is AJAX based and users can basically see the progress of the upload (you can limit the number of files that can be uploaded for these fields as well, shown in the screencast below). The following screencast shows how this can be done.

    Please clear your form cache as well after making this change.
