I have been send an email regarding my account. It says that you cannot take the payment and you will suspend the account, BUT the payment has been taken!
Please amend your records.

Our apologies. I've fixed this to our end. The system has failed to associate the new payment you've made because your username is missing from the record. Since this is manually fixed, you may see a different record from your Account Billing settings. But your subscription is up until December 30, 2015.
