    Hello Tony,

Sorry, but it is not possible to change the prices based on the client from within the product field

You cannot use conditions within the field.

If you can provide us more information regarding your process, we could check for a possible workaround.

Ok. I can have my sales reps enter the pricing for each item separately.

Can I port the total number of units per product onto a calculation field so then it can be multiplied by the number my sales guys enter into said field.

    Hello there,

Thank you for the follow-up! I am a bit confused by this request, and am having a hard time discerning what the desired workflow is here. Will this form be filed out by the customer or the sales person? My main point of confusion is as follows: If the customer is filling out the form, the salesperson will not have an opportunity to enter their price per unit anywhere in the form, where is the salesperson is filling out the form, the customer will not be able to enter their payment information.

Please let us know how this form should ideally work from start to finish, and we will be happy to try and come up with a workaround to get this up and running for you.

    Thank you!

The sales person. The amount per item changes by the order because of bulk
    discounts

If you need the price to be entered, please add a Number field.

    Quick-Overview-of-Form-Fields

Then add a Dropdown field or another Number field so the sales rep can enter the quantity.

To calculate (multiply, sum up) the total, please add a Form Calculation widget.

The sales person fills out the order form. The price of item is subject to change per order due to bulk discounts; furthermore, orders consist of several different items.

    It would go like this

Product type ( there are 4 types and this number changes based on our manufacturing)

    Flavor

    quantity

quantity * (price of Product type)<---- indicated by the sales rep.

    = total

I do not know how to obtain the number of units with the current order menu. If we could solve that it would make this process very easy.

    Hi Tony,

Thank you for the follow-up! After running some more tests on this form, it looks like you already have the ability to select both a price point and a quantity for all of your products. I am assuming that the last missing piece here is that the total cost is still not being displayed after entering the price points and quantities of product needed.

You should be able to display the total price of the product selected by editing the settings of your order form (see below.)

Please try enabling this setting, and let us know whether any additional adjustments are needed here.

    Thank you!
