Hello all, First i love using this system ! thanks for all your hard work from employees to public lending a helping hand.
i have a form that distributes several ways.
In house email ( full detail )
Soft email to client ( thank you with Unique ID ref number )
Drop box back up ( full detail )
Email to supervisor on road ( simple email, not form layout, just plane text email )
my question is, on the plane text window, is there a way that i can make the report single line text. the email is distributed as you can see below, Sorry for the fuzz ( client info ) but you can see how the spacing is... anyone else have this problem and or know of a solution > thanks all in advance

To style the report exactly how you want it, please try two of the following options:
1. Simpler - Try the 'switch to text mode' method (shown below)
2. Use the HTML button to remove extra HTML spacing tags, line breaks etc (shown below)

YES YES YES, thank you ! sometimes things are so simple and right in plain view and get overlooked. im very new to the reporting side of things from forms but im glad im here with all your help !
PS - to JotForm i just walked out of aa meeting where Jotform Forms were used in our workplace during the last 2 weeks, i was commended for my ability to perform and generate this form in the workplace. so a thank you to you all as well !
