    Receiving "Unauthorized request" message

    When clicking the link on the email to be able to print the document all users are getting this error message.

    {"error":"Unauthorized request. You do not have access to this form","success":false,"duration":"0.015"}

    The only thing that was changed was the password. All other settings are the same.

    We are able to reproduce the issue: PDF link in email denying access to PDF copy of form submission.

    We have escalated it for urgent deliberation.

    Yes, I notice that it is happening again this morning on our end as well. Hopefully Jotform Support will see this like yesterday and get it resolved. It was taken care of quickly yesterday.

    Thank you for your input. I have tested this on my and at this moment I am able to download PDF files from the Email Notification. Kindly try this out at this time.
